- Manager—Elaine Chou. Acts as liaison with Adobe; chairs meetings; oversees all other positions; votes in the case of a tie.
- Co-Manager— David Tabakin. Assists or takes the place of a Manager when they are unavailable. Serves as treasurer and maintains accounting records; files necessary reports.
- Membership Chair— Karen Schwartz. Registers new members; sends monthly meeting reminders.
- Book Club Manager— Jessica Fowler. Manages relations with Publishing companies to receive free books for members. Communicates and organizes distribution of books and receipt of reviews.
- Speaker Chair— Unfilled. Coordinates and schedules monthly speakers.
- Software Review Chair — Unfilled. Manages relations with Adobe Software Review program to receive free software in exchange for reviews.. Communicates and organizes distribution of software and receipt of reviews.
- Communications Chair - Unfilled. Creates and sends newsletter to members.
- Webmaster— David Tabakin. Keeps user group website information updated.
